Free Flu Vaccines for Children

Pharmac and Health New Zealand have announced that flu vaccinations will now be free for young children. Your child will be able to get vaccinated at general practices, pharmacies, hauora Māori and pacific health providers if they are aged 6 months to 5 years old. They will be eligible until their fifth birthday. 

As usual, people aged 65 years and over, those under 65 with certain health conditions and pregnant women will also get a free flu vaccine. Click the green button below to visit the Pharmac website, where you can find out more.
